Birria (Beef)
Birria is slow-stewed in a pot and made from a combination of chili pepper-based beef, garlic, cumin, bay leaves, and thyme, and cooked at a low heat.
Pollo En Salsa Chipotle
Pollo en salsa chipotle is full of delicious flavor and a kick of heat. Chicken breasts, broth, chipotle salsa, and more will have your tastebuds begging for more.
Pozole (Hominy)
Pozole is a traditional soup made from hominy with meat, and can be seasoned and garnished with shredded lettuce or cabbage, chile peppers, onion, garlic, radishes, salsa or limes.
Mole Mexicano
Mole is a thick and savory traditional sauce and marinade originally used in Mexican cuisine. Served with our mouthwatering pollo.
